> Analyse market trends and elaborate end-user/operators needs in terms of contents and devices; define digital products strategic pipeline to develop product offer, increase market penetration and profitability.
LEAD MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM TO A PRODUCT CONCEPT – coordinate the internal departments and external competencies which contribute to the creation of new products concepts; verify the perceived value of the proposed product concept on customers
PRODUCT ROADMAP FOR INCREMENTAL DEVELOPMENT – define order of feature product development that allows early deployment and collection of feedback from real users in the field while maximizing the profit for the company.
PRODUCT ECONOMICS – based on the roadmap and the input collected from the market and internally, define the pricing and the expected volumes of sales.
COORDINATE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - ensure that all specifications and materials needed for the development is produced in time; evaluate and decide trade-offs on product specs during the development phase.
PRODUCT LAUNCH & COMMUNICATION – define the product launch plan and coordinate its execution with the other department; on regular basis prepare the most effective communication material to present the new feature
- A Digital Product Manager (it's a plus if you come frome the fitness industry) who has managed the feature development
- A fitness center manager who has provided or managed the provision of class services with digital solutions
We want Only people who are passionate about training in classes, group of fitness activities, carried out within format and community (mandatory)
User Experience/Mobile platform knowledge (3/5 years)
Previous knowledge of Game mechanics applied to daily life is a plus
Experience in concept/realization of Digital End User Journey, with a background on user interaction of complex digital system/UI
Knowledge of Project planning
Good communication skills
Ability to foster teamwork
